SHOUT-OUT: Northwest Shoals Community College (AL) — A team of second-year Federation for Advanced Manufacturing Education (FAME) students, Terrell Rickard, Edwin Vela, Jackson Collins, and Noah Aday, took first place in the Manufacturing Core Exercises (MCE) 4 competition at the 2026 Alabama Summit on Talent Retention and Work-Based Learning. All four are already employed at Constellium in Muscle Shoals while they finish their program. That is exactly how work-based learning is supposed to work.
