Mid-Atlantic Semiconductor Hub Winter Workshop: National Advanced Packaging Manufacturing Program vision

MASH WINTER WORKSHOP: The workshop will include presentations by representatives from industry, academia, and government on topics such as silicon-adjacent materials, packaging, virtualization of semiconductor processes, and workforce development opportunities. Dr. Subramanian S. Iyer, the newly appointed director of the National Advanced Packaging Manufacturing Program (NAPMP), will be the keynote speaker at the workshop.

KEYNOTE SPEAKER
Subramanian S. Iyer
Dr. Iyer will deliver a keynote presentation on the National Advanced Packaging Manufacturing Program (NAPMP) vision and its connections to the other programs under the CHIPS for America R&D Office: the National Semiconductor Technology Center (NSTC), the new Manufacturing USA institutes dedicated to semiconductors, and the CHIPS R&D Metrology Program.
