NCPN CONNECT 2026 is the annual national conference of the National Career Pathways Network, bringing together educators, administrators, workforce professionals, and industry partners to strengthen the education-to-careers pipeline.
The conference explores career pathways, learner transitions, credentialing, and alignment across education and workforce systems. With more than 30 years of convening experience, NCPN CONNECT provides a forum to share insights, explore proven strategies, and advance practices that support learner success and workforce readiness.
The 2026 program includes keynote and plenary sessions, strategy-focused discussions, and opportunities to build connections across education, workforce, and industry sectors.
