Vishal Saravade is an Assistant Teaching Professor at The Center for Nanotechnology
Education and Utilization at Pennsylvania State University. He completed his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering in 2020 from Missouri University of Science and Technology, Rolla with focus on wide bandgap semiconductors, nanotechnology, and microelectronics. He was a Visiting Scholar and Post-doc at Purdue University and Kennesaw State University with expertise on chemical vapor deposition, semiconductors, nanotechnology, and embedded systems. Vishal enjoys teaching microelectronics and nanotechnology as well as learning more about it. In free time, he likes to run, and practice rock-climbing and martial arts.
